help requested on a specific cuisines

Im taking a 14 day southern Caribbean cruise next year. The ship will stop in Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire, St. Lucia, Barbados, Antigua, St. Kitts, St. Maarteen. Anyways I want to eat flying fish and couch. Would you please recommend some places that serve these dishes.

I think you mean conch-not the couch. I have never heard of anyone eating flying fish, not much meat on them, Good luck!

LOL. Yes I meant conch. Sorry about that.

Do you mean eating Conch in PORT somewhere? If I were going I would go to the boards for that location and ask if someone knows of a good restaurant for that. OR google it? good luck.

Several of the islands (perhaps also Barbados?) serve flying fish sandwiches. Good stuff. Conch is rather widely available- although my favorite was in Key West years ago. So keep your eyes open and you should have no trouble finding both.

We ate flying fish in Barbados and I got soooo sick I wanted to die! It was very greasy and just a little too fishy for me.
