Catamaran tour w/snorkel - Grand Cayman?

We are planning excursions for our upcoming Panama Canal cruise with a stop in the Grand Caymans (Coral Princess). One couple has done this cruise before (many years ago) but remembers getting off the ship and taking a catamaran tour and snorkeling trip that they really enjoyed.

We have taken catamaran tours in several of the Caribbean islands and they are often one of the highlights of our trip.

Question to the folks who have been: is there a catamaran sail with stops at stingray city / or other snorkeling that you can recommend. I will also be doing some searching here and on tripadvisor but thought I would throw this out for ideas as well.

Yes, Stingraysailing dot com is one that has terrific reviews, and Capt. Bryan's Buccaneer is another that I've done and we had a blast. Both do snorkeling and Stingrays.
