Can 18 year olds go to the adult club or casino on Freedom of the Seas?
We are a family of 4. We are thinking of doing Freedom of the Seas Western Caribbean in April of 2014. My oldest son will be 18 at the time of the cruise. When we were on the Explorer in April, my son loved the teen club. As an 18 year old, what can he do and what can't he do on Freedom of the Seas?
Thanks,
Loralie

An 18 year old can do everything on the cruise ship, except consume alcohol.

Does RC not offer a waiver for parental consent for those between 18-21 to be permitted to drink beer and/or wine?

No, there is no waiver, however, on European and South American cruises, the drinking age is 18.

He will be allowed in all of the clubs but he will not be able to drink alcohol. He will be allowed to gamble in the casino.
