best(and cheapest) way to go cannes to nice an monaco

we will be getting off the epic in cannes on Friday sept 26th and am wondering what the easiest cheapest most scenic way to go to Monaco with probably a stop in nice.

It is a long way from Cannes to Monte Carlo. But your best option is to walk from the tender pier to the Cannes train station (about 25 min) and grab the next train. They usually run once or twice an hour and it's essentially a commuter train with no reservations. The ride takes about an hour.
