St. Croix Places to Go

DRAKE:

First trip to the Caribbean... Trying to balance seeing everything with having a relaxing vacation and am limited to one day in port. Would love your thoughts on the following itinerary for St. Croix:

• Walk to Fort Frederik
  
• Taxi to Cruzan Rum Distillery
  
• Taxi to Christiansted for shopping and sightseeing
  
• Taxi to Rainbow Beach for food, drinks and water sports
  
• Taxi back to ship
  

Are there any other must sees or must dos? Also, I'm concerned about where to house purchased goods at the beach and ensuring there are taxi's to get back to the ship. Any advice would be greatly appreciated?

Seems quite reasonable to me and I think you are hitting the best stuff. As far as securing your shopping goes the bartenders at Rhythms might help you out or the guys at West End Watersports might. There's no perfect solution for that.

There will certainly be taxis hanging out by rainbow at the end of the day, you'll have no trouble getting back to the ship.
