52 days out GTY cabins assigned

I was looking every day and finally today my sisters balcony GTY cabin was assigned. Not bad she got a BC on deck 13 not far from splash academy which works well for her since she has an 11 year old coming. My son on the other hand also received his inside GTY today deck 5 midship. Him and his GF don't care where they are as long as they are on the ship. So I'm on deck 8 he's on deck 5 and sissy and her family deck 13. Looks like a lot of walking lol. Can't wait.

We are still 94 days out, and I still check it every day, even though I know that it will probably be a while before we get it. :p I'm just so freakin excited I can't stand myself sometimes!! :eek: LOL!!

Even though I didn't have a GTY cabin they did and it was like waiting for lottery numbers to come out lol. Good luck with you gty cabin

Dang it, we are 25 days out from a sold out Panama Canal cruise and still don't have an assigned cabin for our guarantee balcony. I'm going nuts!!

I check at least twice a day (maybe more if I'm honest :) )... We are 51 days out and nothing!!!! :(

They got theirs yesterday. What I did notice is my sister booked about two months before my son but they both got their cabins assigned yesterday at the same time. Wonder if they do it by ship and not by date you booked. We are on the breakaway if that's of any importance to any of you waiting.

I got mine yesterday for my December Breakaway cruise. We were 60 days out. We didn't do too bad, no upgrad,e but the location looks good.

Just finished booking Dawn to Bermuda for tomorrow morning Ins. gty ,No cabin yet .:):):)

This is our first GTY, and I don't know if I will do it again. I am a planner for the most part, and I'm not sure I like the suspense. LOL!! I know that it is no different than not knowing what hotel room you are going to get, but still, it just seems weird to not know. I will be happy with whatever cabin we get, because we are going to be on the Getaway!!! :p

Im with you. We usually plan way ahead and Im pretty picky about what room I get. I like to know whats around me as Im a light sleeper.

We used GTY cabins twice. The first time we didn't get the assignment until we got to the port. On our last cruise we had balcony GTY and got it around 50 days out. So, I guess they're doing better.

Just got my room assignment for the Getaway 50 days out. My sister and I both did, for our BX category, Deck 12. Finally.

Just booked a GTY Balcony last Saturday on the Breakaway and got our assignment today (72 days out)...pretty quick assignment compared to previous GTY bookings we've made in the past.

The cabin assignment is posted on your cruise summary. The same place where you complete your cruise documents. Click on the summary tab. Most TA will notify you when you get an assignment but its usually a few days later.

23 days out and still no balcony assigned. Looking forward to seeing the Panama Canal on the Star. Wish we would get out stateroom assigned, we are ready to print the luggage tags.

I checked mine by registering on ncl.com, then after logging into(My NCL, checked under Vacation Summary.

It will list your Stateroom Type, Cabin Number (when available) and Cabin Category.

Not sure if your TA has a website where you can do the same under your reservation number.

When you sign into MYNCL on NCL.com look under vacation summary. If the reservations are separate, there needs to be a log in for each reservation I think.
