If I have already set up an account with credit card for onboard expenses, will my pre pay gratuities go on there?? Or do i have to do some thing online??

If you want to pay them before you sail you need to give CCL a call and do that, otherwise they will be charged automatically to your sail and sign account which ultimately will be charged to the credit card you give them for onboard expenses.
