Any reason to use these folks? Says 20-22 round trip to sapphire beach?

Other than the fact that the owner is a very nice, concerned, hard working, positive family man?

Seems to be the same exact rates as taxis. We loved Sapphire the first time we went, the next year it was very rocky. We went to Magen's this past month and it was very crowded, looking for something different in September.

I thought Sapphire was the most beautiful beach I had ever been to....

That's what I wanted to know...that it was a legit operation as I had not see anything on it here..I tried calling them today at a man answered saying I had the wrong number

The owner is a licensed taxi driver so has to charge regulated rates. This is the time of year he takes family vacations. I think the ones that are most often recommended are the ones encouraged to mention their driver on forums. I know havefunwithus does not do that.

Sapphire has rocky and sandy entry points. Emerald Beach is mostly sand in front of the hotels.

I called the number on his website, someone answered and said it was the wrong number at first...then said something about being closed as owner was out of town. Funny he is on a cruise!

Hey! Caribbean people like to cruise, too! :D

This is technically off season for him so I am glad he gets some vacation time in! Late October through March keeps him very busy, I'm sure!!!

I've toured with him 3X -- he's fantastic! Glad he's enjoying a getaway on a cruise.

I agree with all of the other posters. Have used him 3 times with large groups. He is the BEST!!!

Thinking of booking through havefunwithus.net to go to Sapphire Beach instead of just getting a random taxi at the dock. The safari buses/taxis in St. Thomas seem to always be jammed packed with the maximum number of people that will fit, plus 2. Would havefunwithus.net be a less crowded option to get to the beach, or will they pack their van to the gills, as well?

I heard going to sapphire beach you had to walk down a steep hill and then back up it to get a taxi back to the port can anyone tell mr how steep it is or have any pictures you could post thanking you in advance
