Is Dawn Beach closer to the port than Orient Beach? I've been to Orient, but was looking for something closer to port. I am looking for waves, not so much snorkeling or calm waters. Please let me know if Dawn beach has waves or not. Also, are there chairs, food places, and rest rooms?

If you are looking for waves then Dawn beach is the best choice IMO. It's about 20 minutes by taxi from the port to the beach. Facilities are available there as well.
