I tend to find that criticism of any cruise is in the eye of the "victim". What may be nothing or a minor inconvenience to most, there will be that ONE person who is totally inconvenienced, cruise ruined, I will never sail...(insert cruise line) again because of......

Peep hole in door too high/low

hallway too narrow

not enough storage space (for my 75 pieces of luggage)

bathroom too small

have to put lid down to flush

shower too small

shower head too high/low

safe doesn't close/open

not enough hangers

bed to soft/hard

not enough chairs/not correct type as upholstered

curtains don't close/open correctly

balcony too small, not enough chairs, table too small

sun woke me up/kept me up

cabin on wrong side of ship

and on and on and on and on...................................

Can I have my $20 Grand refunded..........

....no deck chairs right by the pool when I get up at 11:30....

....can't reach the toilet paper.....

....can't find 12 seats together in the theatre 10 minutes after the show starts.....
