Where to get retin-a in Cozumel?

I am looking to get some retin a in Cozumel. Does anyone know any reputable places you can get it that is within 5 miles of the port? Thanks

I've bought Retin-A in Mexico many times and it's always been the real deal. Most Mexican farmacias are perfectly reputable. If you check, you'll discover that a good number of Rx drugs you take are manufactured in Mexico, India and various other countries one might consider third-world. I've also bought sumatriptan for migraine in Mexico and it was fine too.

I've purchased Retin A at "the American Pharmacy" in Cozumel in the past, but the best price was at the pharmacy at the Mega Store. They have all the different strengths, too.;):)

Not necessarily. One of our local pharmacists was busted for buying quite of few of his meds down in Mexico and selling them in the pharmacy to us. We had no idea this is what he was doing. None of us had issues with the quality/efficacy of the drugs - the Feds did...

You can use the farmacia or the superstore to pick up your Retin-A...

I would guess Costco would be pretty reputable for drugs as well. I don't know if they have a store in Cozumel but know they do in Cancun.
