Can't miss ___ in St. Kitts?

I'm traveling to St. Kitts next month on the Celebrity Equinox. I'm still deciding what adventure to try... Will it be a day at the beach, a tour, or an extreme adventure? Help me figure it out!! I am willing to try anything that sounds awesome! What can't I pass up on this beautiful island?

If you have never been to a rainforest, you might consider a hike there. Also the Caribelle Batik factory is interesting.

If you are a history buff Brimstone is great, we have twice taken a tour that included the Batik factory and Brimstone, finishing with a drive around the island stopping at a few places. If you are in port for a long time you could add a beach to that. This time we are planning a beach.
