Getting dropped off at Port of Baltimore

Heading out on Pride this Sunday. I am thinking of having a friend drop us off to save the $100 plus in parking fees. Any ideas on how it is handled? Do they allow a car to go into the lot just to drop off?

And how do you handle getting picked up since you have no idea what time you will be off the ship?

You can get dropped off, the car will have to go through security. On pickup, you can call before it gets cleared from customs (before you leave the ship), depending on how far away you live they can time it. If it is far, check on the blog for east coast departures on when People have returned.
