We saw this lovely family a lot onboard, I suspect like all of us they found wifi a nightmare on both cruises, the onboard service was worse than ever and on land quite tricky to find some (some terminals had their free wifi switched off they told us the agents had asked this be done.....go figure)

So glad they are ok, I too was wondering what had happened but as you say the wifi was a nightmare. I wonder whether they actually were able to write and save their blog each day.
