inside stateroom

Recommended Posts

FYI, the site resets itself at midnight every night. Now, midnight who's time, I don't know.

I looked at them all yesterday when he had posted them. Then everyone said the site was blocked.

I got up this morning at 8am and was able to view all the new ones he posted and about the 4th page, it got blocked again.

Thanks for posting. Sadly, it looks a lot like every other inside cabin I've seen. Perhaps even a bit uglier than most given the wood laminate and earth tones. Oh well, I didn't book this cruise for the cabin anyway.

Thanks GOODNESS there are others out there that actually don't mind an inside cabin. We're going with about 20 cabins and 4 of us are insides. The rest are standard balconys. THANKS neverthought for finding this picture!

All the other posts/blogs I've read (and believe me I've probably read them all) are filled with questions from people who are in the villas and penthouses, studios, etc. I was glad to come across this.

Hey, I'm with yaw. Love me some Inside Cabins! Some of these 'big spenders' spend on one vacation what I make in 6 months salary!

I am proud to say - I am cheap.

I would love to be able to afford an owner's suite, but I can't.

We have always booked inside. We've had three outside cabins and the first two was when I was a travel agent and I got them at a normal TA rate. The third was on a inside guarantee with MSC at a unheard of $259 + tax for a week on the new Orchestra. They gave us an obstructed outside.

We spend so little time in the cabin that it is really not worth it. Although I am sure that if we had a big old suite we would cruise differently and spend more time enjoying it.

That is not to say I will never book a balcony. Next spring we do a Med cruise on a balcony. And if we ever did the Panama Canal or Alaska that is a no brainer.

It affords me the luxury of having spending cash for specialty restaurants and excursions and the casino and wine.

And it affords me the luxury of being able to take 4 or 5 vacations a year!

After I hit the lottery - I won't be cheap anymore! :D

It will be interesting to see where they put the 3rd & 4th beds. Pull down bunks or from the ceiling like the balcony cabin. Would also like to see a picture with the bed down from the ceiling. I think I am going to be stuck with one of the high beds and not sure what it is going to be like sleeping from a ceiling bed and how far you have to climb up:eek:
