Interesting, it looks like the TA is closing down and the ships were leased..

This has been discussed on another thread over the last few days and the company stopped trading 24 hours ago - there is a lot of info out there now, some not particularly reliable. All Leisure is not a TA, but a travel company, who owned the VOD and Swan Hellenic Brands. Other brands of theirs were sold on as viable concerns before All Leisure went down.

They owned Voyager, but Minerva appears to have been leased by them.
