Valparaiso Embarkation Question

We will be sailing on the Jan 31 Zaandam cruise If we can sort out how to get into the terminal building to check in. Is there a bus pick up spot somewhere? I haven't been able to find anything specific online other than the ship will downtown and buses deliver you there after checking in at the Barón terminal building. We walked by the terminal area today and there is not a way to just walk in, or maybe we are missing something?

We disembarked in Valparaiso early this month. A shuttle bus took us to near the Baron metro stop from(or to) the passenger terminal building. A different shuttle took us from or to the ship and then to the terminal. Although the ship docked near Sotomayor Square, there was no access there.

Thank you so much! We will take the metro to Barón station and hope to catch a shuttle from there.

This says that all passengers enter via a gate adjacent to the Baron station of the Valparaiso Metro. A free bus will then drive them back to the VTP hall, near the Ballavista Metro station, and a free bus will also provide transport to/from the ship.
