Carnival Fantasy 02/23/2013
Hey guys - partner and I sailing on Fantasy out of Chas on 2/23 any other like minded folks on board? We're 52 and 50.. just wondering of we'll be the only guys rubbing elbows with the bartender at the FOD meeting.
2013 - start it out right. Cheers

Hi David, Hi Ben, Welcome aboard! Name's John and partner's name is Bruce. This will be our 8th cruise (all Carnival). We're locals and REALLY appreciate the ease of being able to cruise right out of Chas. Hope to meet you on the ship. Any shore excursions planned?

Hey David, Ben, John, and Bruce,
We have a place in South Carolina and visit there alot, have been wanting to try a cruise out of Charleston. You guys will have to let us know how the Fantasy is. It would be cool to cruise with you guys sometime!! We are looking at some April and August dates for a possible cruise.

Hey VirginiaGuy4U,
Too bad you guys can't make this one but there will be others. I read where the Fantasy is just out of a 12 day drydock in Freeport. It'll be interesting to see what kind of facelift the old gal got since I don't think she'll get the Funship 2.0 makeover. If you time it right, while you're already staying at your place in CHS, the travel time to and from the port will be a breeze (well minus the traffic bottleneck). We live on James Island just across the harbor from downtown, talk about easy-peasy. We'll pass along the Fantasy tidbits when we get back. Happy cruising. John

Hey Zrety and friend. Welcome aboard - the more the merrier. A good time is sure to be had by all even with the possiblity of rain on embarkation. Shouldn't be too difficult finding a deck chair
