Too Much?

DH and I will be in St. Maarten from 9-6 on a Sunday next month. We have arranged a rental car at the port and really want to go explore on our own, but maybe we have got too much on our plate!

Since DH is an airplane nut, a stop at Maho is an absolute requirement. A KLM 747 from Amsterdam arrives at 10:55 a.m., so we have to be there to see it. We would also like to stop for breakfast/early snack at a little shack we read about in Simpson Bay, seems like it is on the way to Maho so should work.

Also on the agenda are pastries at Serafina's and a little walk about in Marigot. We would also like to spend an hour or so on a lovely beach, Grand Case, Orient? Maybe lovely french food for lunch.

Is this doable? Are we overextending ourselves with all this? Does anyone have suggestions for improving this plan?

It's doable to me. Look into http://www.karacterbeach.com/ for breakfast.

Honestly I am a foodie but breakfast, lunch and pastries on a 9-4:30 stop is a lot for even me.:D
