When we we on in Nov they had a package $100.00 bucks for unlimited minutes

I was on the Dream 12/15 and the internet was abolutely terrible and when we went to get a refund since we could not open anything or check the news as it was so very slow the internet manager said NO and she was so rude and arrogant. She was the only employee other then the burrito guy that was rude on board all others were very polite and nice.
