Future cruise question with RCL

We recently took a cruise on Mariner of the Seas. While onboard we did a booking for a future cruise (did not set a date or ship) When we returned home I noticed my card had been billed. I have not recieved confirmation via email or my account on RCL's web site. Do you normally recieve some sort of confirmation from them? If so where/when does it show up? This has been about 2 weeks now. Thanks for any help.

You should have received a document with your Next Cruise booking number before you left the ship. I'd call Crown & Anchor and have them look it up for you. All you need is the booking number, which you will use to assign a specific cruise once you decide you want to use the NC.

Thanks for the help,I did it on the last sea day and did not get anything.
They didn't even charge my card fo a couple of days. I will call and find out.

We did the same on AOS in Jan. took 2 weeks to get an email, I was ready to call in then it showed up (3 times)

We did our 'Decide Later' registration our last sea day. They charged my credit card the following day and sent us the document by email. So maybe contact them...maybe it went to your junk mail...?

If i get a future cruise while on a RC cruise... Does it get charged on my credit card or can it be paid with an OBC??

Can't use OBC, you must use your credit card.

Sometimes they don't even process it until they have free time, in your case, probably in between disembarking and embarkation of the new group. But, they would have emailed you a copy and the agents invoice when they actually processed it and was charged. I hope you gave them an email address. Because without the documents you wouldn't have the booking number. But C&A should be able to look it up if you put your C&A number on the next cruise document.

Thanks for all of the answers everyone. I think I will give them a call, maybe they couldnt read my email address. I checked my spam and not there. I figured something would show up my C/A was on it also. I will call Monday and hopefully get it sorted out. Thanks again!

That is why I like to purchase my Next Cruise certificate in person when I am on the ship, pay my $100 deposit and receive the certificate with the account number showing right there to take back to my cabin with me.

Do you just get the future cruise certificate for one person and pay the $100 or do you have to book it for two people for $200. If I want to book a future cruise at a later time but in my daughter and her husband's name for a surprise cruise for them Do I still book it at just the $100 per person and do they still get the OBC? Thanks

Yes, book the certificate for only one person. You can transfer it to someone else once, as long as the certificate has not been assigned to a cruise yet. They will still get the OBC.
