Tourism is Back in Full Swing in Cancun, Mexico

I just read a great article on how Cancun is back, better than ever! This article talks about how Cancun will draw as many visitors in 2006 as it did two years ago, before Hurricane Wilma hit in late October. I am very excited to go back to Cancun and see it. I was on a carnival cruise in December and visited Cozumel, which was still devistated. I can't wait to check out all the restaurants, bars, shops, golf courses and clubs that have reopened.

More than two years ago? That seems like a real stretch...while Cancun is on the verge of completion, it was almost totally out of commission for a full quarter of the year - normally the busiest season - it seems like that is extremely unlikely.

However, it will be exciting to see Cancun brand new and better than ever! Can't wait!
