Fishing?

Has anyone booked a fishing trip while in Belize? Will be on a Carnival ship, I don't think Carnival offers fishing in Belize. thanks for any info. I've googled but not much out there.

I think the bigger and better reviewed charters are out of San Pedro, Ambergris Cay or down in the southern part of the country. have seen or heard of day charters out of Belize City. Not to say there aren't any.
