Hi everyone! and thanks for clicking on my review of our just completed cruise on the Reflection. Join me, why don't you? (rhetorical) as I relate our experiences.

This was just our second Celebrity cruise and it wouldn't have happened if not for our first Celebrity cruise which came before. That was one year ago as the crow flies and was on the marvelous Silhouette. That review is in my signature below. While onboard the Silly we couldn't resist the offers of "free" this and that and signed up for X cruise #2.

And then we waited a year. Staring at the calendar. Each month we turned the page and eventually January showed up and we took the cruise.

I have been home for 3 hours and have petted the waiting cat called Little Snowy and am girding up my loins to write a long review with photos and video.

So here was our itinerary ......

Norris My Friend,

Do I win being the first to comment? LOL! I was looking late this morning to see when you'd crank up another review. I am very much looking forward to passing my days reading about the Reflection. I hope you and Carol had an awesome time and welcome back!

Trip, my good Sir! Welcome aboard.

I have plenty to say about the Reflection and of course a boatload of photos from the 5 cameras I took. We also spent some quality time in South Beach and all will be revealed....

You do win the First to Comment Award and there is a Pillow Mint on it's way to you. Um,er, I already ate the mint but the wrapper is in the mail!

Cheers!

Thank you Norris

Love the pictures so far. We will be on the Reflection in March. Our first cruising Celebrity. Looking forward to your review :)

Debik, I haven't seen your name before in one of my reviews so double welcome! My reviews are exhaustive in detail and exhausting to write (and maybe to read but you can't win them all).

I hope you stay for the long haul and that it gets your anticipation building.

I'm glad you like the photos!

Norris, amigo, reporting for duty. I have been on the Reflection twice (in Aqua), Solstice last September (Aqua), and will be on Silhouette in 2018 (Sunset Veranda). We like the Reflection better than the Solstice because of the Lawn Club Grill, but other than that, about equal.

Will be on the Star Princess for the second time (mini-suite) in two months and hoping for improvements.

So carry on and "let me entertain you" as the song goes.

What's in store is a Chronological account of our vacation so don't expect to see the ship in the first few days of writing as we will be spending those in South Beach.

Segway video through the Art Deco area

Dining at Joe's Stone Crab

The Ritz Carlton

Lunch in Luminae

Sailaway

Dinners in Lawn Club Grill/Murano/Qsine/Luminae (food porn!)

Blu

Sunset Bar where I took up residence

Live shows in photos and video

The Alcoves

Just about every room and bar on the ship

Ship art

Segway tour in Cozumel

Turtles and stingrays

Jamaica the good the bad and the ugly

Labadee

All sailaways including other fine cruise ships in port with us

The ship at night

Sunrises and sunsets

Officers and guests pool volleyball

Bocce ball

People enjoying themselves

and whatever else I happened to photograph/video

The review is written for me and Carol so we can't forget it as time passes and our memories dim.

It is also written for people who have never sailed this ship and for those who have and want to be reminded of the time they spent on her.

And it is for my friends who live on the Princess Board where I happily dwell most of my time.

With that being said I will start the story, or Seafaring Gentleman's Journal as I like to call it.

Welcome Home Norris and Carol!

I knew your trip was in January but wasn't sure of the date. I have been patiently waiting for this as your reviews allow me to enjoy a "fantasy" cruise through your adventures.

I am ready so lets geaux (go)! :D

Hi Norris,

I actually marked this on my calendar awhile back so I wouldn't forget to check the Celebrity Board today for your review. I'm more than ready for it, since I don't have a cruise planned for this year (yet!). I've found myself a nice spot along the virtual upper deck railing, and will be enjoying every bit of your cruise from there.

Interesting to see that you were on this cruise. We have friends who happen to have done their very first cruise with you. I will forward them the link. I certainly enjoyed your Slihouette review and look forward to your great pictures and detailed review of this one. You put a lot of effort into your reviews. Neil

What an excellent start to the week. (05.57 here)

Funnily enough, I looked through the Celebrity board yesterday too to see if you were there.

Pleased to be in at the off and now only need to remember what page I was up to.

Can't wait😊
