Who is the Passenger Relations Manager?

Its time for a letter to Carnival. I'm not a happy camper (cruiser). I need to know who the Passenger relations director is and to which address I should mail a letter to this person.

I did a search on this forum for the information but couldn't find it although it probably is here somewhere.

Trying to keep the thread "alive". I know someone has the answer as to who is in charge of customer relations. I don't want to send an email and want to address my letter to a specific person. I can't seem to find the info I need on the internet.

I googled around and I believe the VP of Guest Services is Vickey Rey.

So the email would be vrey@carnival.com.

Or you could send snail mail to the corporate address attn. Vickey Rey.

I hope it works.

If I have concerns or questions about something that my PVP can't help - I generally contact John Heald (Senior Cruise Director of all ships) he is also on Facebook

John is really good about answering questions and helping customers

Other than John, letter would be better than email. Vickey is the right person.
