KAL Lounge v Alaska Lounge at LAX

Any opinions of the KAL Lounge or the Alaska airlines lounge LAX? We have a 4.5 hour layover on the way home after our ATN flight and I'd like to take a shower and eat some decent food. Any opinions good or bad are appreciated.

The KAL has a shower. The food is ok not great but they did allow us to bring in a very nice pizza which we bought.

I heard the Alaska makes good pancakes but when my DD asked for them they said they were not making it for sometime!
