Is 5 night dining package available to purchase onboard?

We tried to purchase the 5 night dining package today online for Harmony of the Seas Sept 2 sailing and couldn't so called and they say it's sold out. 😢 anyone know if they offer the same dining packages once we board or was it only available online?

I know I never noticed the BOGO for $30 being offered onboard but not sure about the 3,4,5 night packages. Anyone know?
