Hi. Going on a med cruise in May. Planning on buying a new ipad mini (7"). I want to load it with maps, touring advice, and museum talks.
I will have a small bag I can carry it in. Would this be a safe thing to do? |

Yes, why not? I do it all the time, in Europe and in the US

It is just as safe as anything else you are carrying. Behave as you would do in any large city and look after your stuff. For instance you would put your handbag on the back of a chair in a coffee shop or your ipad on a street cafe table. But that is true for anywhere in the world.
