Could anyone answer a query pls. I have booked a PT cabin on Breeze through early saver. Prices have fallen quite a bit since I booked in Jan. There are no PTs left but I have had a price reduction and $200 obc. At the moment a 6m is still less than my new price. When I phoned Carnival to upgrade they told me I would have to pay an extra £400?????? Because I booked through a TA they said they can not explain why to me? Anyone any ideas if I should be eligible to upgrade for free? Thanks in advance....

I am no expert, but I believe you have to go through your TA to get any adjustments with Early Saver.

Because you mention the price difference in pounds I would surmise that you booked through a UK agency.. You could cancel and rebook, if before final payment, paying the $50 p/p penalty but if booked through a UK agency you would not be able to do that.
