Default Livorno to Florence Tunnels

Our Crown Princess cruise in May calls at Livorno and we're interested in booking the ship's excursion to Florence and Pisa. Does anyone know if this would involve travelling through any tunnels, either by train or coach, as one of us has a claustrophobic aversion to tunnels? Short tunnels where you can see the light at the other end on entry are OK but longer ones are a problem.
