It is probably over 2 1/2 miles each way from the pier in Old San Juan to the Marriott Casino in Condado. I would just take a cab. It should cost about $12-$14 each way for up to 5 people. Remember it can be hot and humid there and a cab would be much more comfortable.

If there are ships in port there will be taxis lined up in front of the pier. If no ships are there, you can catch a cab in front of the Sheraton hotel on the waterfront, there is another taxi line two blocks behind the hotel and another in front of the small hotels at Plaza de Armas.
