Default Explore4 and Wine in the MDR

Does anyone have experience using Explore4 drink offer for dinner wine? Are there table wines available that qualify with the $7.00 limit?

Explore4 hasn't started yet, but there are house wines available by the glass that qualify for the $7.00 limit and they are available in the MDR

The Explore4 program won't begin until around Christmas for some limited holiday cruises.

From what we all have been told -- only house wines can be bought with the card.

The present brand of house wines is Santa Carolina. HAL has used this brand for about 3 or 4 years. We never know when it will change.

There's a wine list with prices on a thread somewhere in the last few pages - I'll have a hunt for it. I think there was just one white under $7.00, a pinot grigio, and no reds, as far as I remember.

I found the thread with wine by the glass prices - but I don't know how to put it here, except to say it's now on page 2, and it's called "Wine by the glass - Nieuw Amsterdam" - I imagine prices are the same on all the ships. That's what I have been going by. There's also a thread on this page called "Menu for drinks and prices" listing the other drinks, alcoholic and not.
