We returned to Miami on NCL Epic, one bag was not in terminal. All they wanted to do was get us out of the terminal. Hasn't shown up after one month. We have been offered $100, which barely covers the bag. Said we should have bought insurance. We have been on over 60 cruises and will NEVER give them our property again.
