must2cruz Posted February 28, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 28, 2016 Any idea on how much a one way fare for two is from port to Brown's Beach? Thanks in advance.
Doggielover68 Posted March 26, 2016 #2 Share Posted March 26, 2016 $5 per person if the taxi is full. If you can walk a mile and a half I'd recommend just walking to the Boatyard (same beach, less vendors) For $15 pp you get a chair, umbrella, a drink, facilities and water toys, and free return trip to the ship. Went there twice in December and had a great time. :) Sent from my iPad using Forums mobile app

cruisingbajan Posted March 28, 2016 #4 Share Posted March 28, 2016 If you don't have have mobility issues I would recommend walking as well...just follow the boardwalk. You can also hop into one of the taxis vans taking ppl to the boatyard for $5 pp as suggested, they share the same stretch of beach.
Aplmac Posted April 9, 2016 #5 Share Posted April 9, 2016 (edited) That map above, showing the way... is correct! Just follow the blue dots! and like others have said... if it's not too hot/humid, and if you don't have mobility problems the walk will do you good! :D Tip: Ships' crew often hang out at Boatyard, which is Carlisle Bay (Brown's Beach at the far end) -follow/ask them! - it's all the same wide curve of beach from Bridgetown to HILTON, out on the point .
