Anchorage hotel

Need suggestions for one night stay in anchorage close to train station and Enterprise rental car?? Feedback appreciated.

Comfort Inn Ship Creek seems favored by people using the train since it's so close to the depot.

Use the map feature on expedia or similar site to find other options nearby.

You may not want to give a priority to the depot and Enterprise? Instead- take a look at a general list of lodging in the downtown area. There is a wide range of costs that some people have limits on. As example the Cap Cook, mentioned above- which is a nice hotel- starts at $275+++

Um didn't say that price was issue??? And I have done research and am putting my priorities on depot and Enterprise.

It was a general comment.

Being that Enterprise is not near the depot- you may want to take a look at my comment anyway, which states lodging in downtown Anchorage is where you need to look to be closer to both.

Enterprise and the depot are over 1 mile from each other. Comfort Inn is handy if you want to catch the early train but not so good if you want to easily walk around downtown shopping and restaurants. Hotels in the downtown core area are much nicer and more convenient.

The Anchorage Grand is also very close to the depot. The Hilton is just another block away.
