Celebrity open passage question

I purchased an open passage on board several years ago. Then a year ago I faxed the form to Celebrity to transfer the passages booking # to my travel agent because I was going to use it for a cruise he was working on. However, it turned out that the TA did not use it for that cruise after I told him I changed my mind about applying it.

Now I would like to use the open passage booking for an upcoming cruise but I don't know if its now officially transferred to that TA and under his "control" (even tho I did not apply it). I know I could call the TA and ask but prefer not to do that, and really prefer not to use him again. Could I call Celebrity to find out who has control of my open passage booking number?

I would call Captain Club on Monday and talk to someone there about your open passage. I assume you still have the copy of the open passage and actual booking number that is included.

They will be able to tell you if they can help you in booking or if your TA must do it.
