How many time have you got off a long Haul Flight and not felt quiet right?

Could be but if it is, it was not contracted on the flight but the airline would be expected to say that. You could also be looking at something with the food.

Sounds like they all became ill at the same time. That's an awful lot of kids to get sick from Noro - at the same time!

IF the 26 were the only passengers on the flight and they were served a meal, I would say food poison.

If there were other passengers of all ages, there is no way it was food poison from something eaten on the airplane.

Could be that the 26 all ate the same meal before boarding...maybe at a mission camp, etc.

Not likely. It would take the norovirus more than a few hours to incubate and become symptomatic. When noro breaks out on a ship most passengers take a couple of days to get symtomatic. That's not to say that a cruise passenger can't contract noro at the end of a cruise and then be sick from it once back home.

In this case it was only the children from that particular group that got sick and no one else on the plane did. That would definitely point to whatever they had, it was contracted before getting on the plane.
