Hi,
My wife and me are looking at B2B2B on Solstice 2013
Sep 13 Seattle to Ensenada
Sep 23 Ensenada to Honolulu
Oct 04 Honolulu to Sydney, Australia
any problem with PVSA?

We are going to be on the third leg of that cruise, it would be great to have you join us! We are going to wait one day after the cruise and jump on the Radiance of the Seas for an Australian cruise to Perth. I can't wait!!

We are doing the reverse in April. Lots of cruisers doing the 3 legs, very active roll calls for each.
Many of us have checked carefully about the PVSA, no problems as we are boarding in Sydney. Those wanting to do Honolulu - Ensenada, Ensenada -Seattle have been told that is not possible.
As you are boarding in a US port and disembarking in a distant foreign port, that will not contravene the act.
