They have Twinings tea onboard (well, at least on the Magic & Wonder). Various flavors. I bring my own decaffinated tea, but do use what they have onboard.

A generous assortment of Twinings including herbal is readily available. If they are out of what you would like, ask an attendant and they will quickly refill it for you.
