Menu question on oasis sailing eastern

Trying to reserve two specialty restaurants on Pomodoro night and s h i take, does anyone know which nights these are on the oasis eastern sailing? Apparently the customer service staff do not. Thanks.

Shiitake was day 4

Pomodore was day 7
