How long does it take to disembark at end of cruise?

Sorry if this question has been answered elsewhere. Alaska cruise on Pearl in August out of Seattle. What is a safe time to book my flight home if ship arrives in Seattle at 8:00 am? No idea how long it takes to get off ship and get to airport. Thanks.

Truth be told, you really can't predict. We didn't have any problems with NCL disembarkation and have taken Seattle Express back to the airport. The problem has always been the long lines at SeaTac, mostly with Southwest Airlines. You often have MANY thousands of people disembarking from other ships too. The lines can be ridiculous. So, my advice would be to not schedule a flight until after noon, and that is even cutting it close UNLESS you disembark as early as allowed.

For Seattle, weekends in the summer months are prime freeway construction time.

The weekend of August 6th and 7th is also Seafair weekend with the Navy's Blue Angel flying overhead- some traffic slow downs for that. The is also the weekend that the Seattle Mariners are having a special event prior to their 1 P.M game- another traffic nightmare.

That is what we are doing for our May cruise on the Pearl. We don't want to have to rush off the ship and ruin all the relaxation of the cruise. ;)
