Go to Hell

You can get a cab or a cheap tour of the turtle farm, tortuga rum cake and Hell tour right at the terminal. I guess everyone has to go to Hell once but you will be disappointed. The turtle farm is much more interesting.

Rough seas in December caused the cancellation of the ship-booked snorkel and scuba tours for all 4 ships in port. We took the Hell-Turtle Farm-Rum Cake Factory tour instead. Hell was small and disappointing. The turtle farm was, indeed, much more interesting and the rum cake factory was next door.

My suggestion? Get wet unless the weather/sea conditions prevent it!
