That will really depend on your individual tolerance to the water temperature the day you are there. I'd expect water temp around 79 to 81 in March. Personally, I would need a wetsuit to be comfortable.

I agree with Bruce-r. It will depend on you.

 

On a dive trip out of Key West in December, I was wearing a skin, my wife a shorty while a teenager was wearing a full 4mm (i think) wetsuit started to turn blue and had the beginnings of hypothermia.
