Tin of Sardines to Jamaica

Okay, weird I know. We are flying into MBJ to catch a cruise ship. We will be getting in late and hubby wants to take a tin of sardines for a snack at the hotel in case he gets a little hungry.

I just realized we will need to go through customs, I guess? Would this be something that would not be allowed or is he good to go with his stinky fish?

The place to check would be:

https://www.jacustoms.gov.jm/service/prohibited-items

https://www.jacustoms.gov.jm/sites/default/files/docs/Restriction%20Items.pdf

Some interesting choices in terms of prohibited reading materials! :D

When I first saw the thread title, I thought this was another post about cramped seating onboard in coach.

I have no idea of an answer, but I got a good chuckle. Thanks.

You aren't the only one! :D
