Internet Cafe On Tortola

For anyone else who's looking to avoid the higher charges on the ships... we found a great little internet stop right near the port. It is across the street from BANKO POPULAR, very near the ship. Ask anyone if you can't see the bank building. When you're facing the bank (which is on the corner of the block), look to the left and you will see it across the street facing the bank. $3/15 minutes.
