LGA to Manhattan tolls?

We will be going to NYC for the first time ever next month. We have arranged a car service to take us from LGA to our hotel in Manhattan (near the cruise port). The quote does not include tips or tolls. How much should we expect in tolls?

The best route to the pier is not necessarily the most direct route. It depends on the traffic and your car service driver should pick the best way at the time.
