What is the easiest way to get from the port to Pu Dong Airport? Approx. cost for a taxi? Thanks

Expect almost the same, a bit less but not much, from the cruise terminal on the north end of The Bund

Easiest? Probably the coach that your cruiseline will more than likely provide.

If you've got time, take a taxi to the Maglev train station in Shanghai and go on the train to PVG. The train ride is a great experience and covers 20 miles in 8 minutes.

If you are on a smaller ship that is docking right in Shanghai (rather than at Bao Shan) taxi and then Maglev is also probably your fastest option. Either way I second that it is a great experience.

Note: you have to catch a subway line 2 to the Maglev station and walk about 70 yards between stations? However, there is a 2 story food center - numerous restaurants in between the stations - try Yang's Dumplings on the 2nd floor - it has almost all Chinese customers so don't expect anyone to speak English.
