Cruisesenior, I'm about to email you my notes. Might need to check your spam box.

Also, just a note for future cruisers:

Tourist info center in Ronne was only open from 10 to 4 when we were there; however, I believe they left some booklets right outside their door for early/late arriving pax.

They have wifi inside/outside the building, which I took advantage of at 4!

One thing they don't have is a drinking fountain which I found strange. They also weren't too clear on when the shuttle bus to our ship would come by their office. We ended up walking back to the ship from their office after waiting over 1/2 hour for the bus to come (they said it should have come but didn't have any way to contact it). We had rented a car at the Eurocar rental place next store and returned the car there without any problems.

Have a great next cruise.

That's a shame. The shuttle buses seemed to come fairly frequently when we were there. I originally got information about them from the port web site for Ronne, not the tourist information center. Maybe future cruisers might want to check with the port - although, of course, that doesn't guarantee that the buses will come when they're scheduled to come! I don't remember the port web site URL, but I know it didn't take me long to google and find it! I'm glad we didn't have to walk back, as it was a little farther than I wanted to walk!

My wife also felt the same way about the walk back although it actually only took about a half hour. The big problem was we didn't have any Danish currency left so we couldn't even buy some bottled water to drink during the walk.

It was a beautiful place to visit and we enjoyed it very much.

If anyone's interested, I've posted my Baltic cruise pictures, including some for Bornholm, here: www.pbase.com/roothy123 There are two galleries. Ronne/Bornholm is towards the front in the first and towards the back in the second ("More") one.
