Which itinerary for a snorkeling?

A-Grand Turk, La Romana, Aruba, Curacao

or

B-Costa Maya, Cozumel, Belize, Roatan

Keeping in mind that Cozumel will be a repeat at the time of sailing.

Not newbies but not experts either. Boat or shore is fine.

I don't know if you've gone yet but the snorkeling in Aruba is meh. In Belize, it's some of the best in the world. JMHO.

Belize and Roatan..... great boat snorkeling. Calm seas, easy to do.

Cozumel.... okay snorkeling, most reefs are too deep, better for diving. You can shore snorkel at some beach clubs, just not as great as the other two.

have not gone to the other places yet, so can't comment.
