St John's, Newfoundland

We are due to dock here on the 13th June. Looking at the cruise schedule on the port site, I notice the first three ship calls of the season have been cancelled, I think due to ice.

Does anyone know how likely it is that a June port stop will be cancelled for St John's?

I would think you will be fine. I know at least one ship did not stop in Halifax because it was on an Atlantic crossing and there was a storm at sea.

Just getting a bit nervous now as we are packing ready to sail on Friday. Perhaps I will be able to answer some queries when we return as well as post reviews!

We are suppose to dock there on May 26th

We are sailing tomorrow, so will keep an eye on any reply, but may not be able to post a 'thank you' then as I am having some probs with login from home, which may have to be sorted when we return from the cruise. Too much packing still to do at present to persue the problem now.

The weather has turned very cool we are now sailing in the St Lawrence to Corner Brook sea was a bit bumpy earlier but has settled down but still cold
